Black Friday Cars & Bikes Meet 2025

I’m not sure about you, but I didn’t really do Black Friday shopping this year. I did order a few things online, but it just doesn’t seem the same as it used to. I didn’t have any plans for this past Friday, and when I saw the flyer for this meet hosted by Lenard Ebihara, I decided to put that on my calendar for something to do that day.

It’s been a long while since I attended any car events on this side of town, so I was looking forward to it heading out to my old stomping grounds. Things surely have changed out here, but it was good to see it again. This meet also acted as a soft-opening for the Flip ‘N Patties Sugarland location, which has some great food. I used to get some food from their food truck back in the day, then from their Eldridge location when I worked down the street from them, and a few times at their downtown location while visiting someone there. If you get a chance, I definitely recommend trying them out.

I had the time right in my calendar, but for some reason, I kept thinking it started at 5 pm. As soon as the alert popped up, it was time to start, so I finally left for the hour-long drive, lol. I arrived there with a few cars already set up.

The weather did cool down, and there was some wind, so I had to grab my hoodie from the car before taking the camera and starting my coverage. I stayed for a few hours before heading out.

I grew up around american muscle working on cars with my dad, but by the time they were ready to get me a car, they wanted something reliable and good on gas. Picked up my first civic and started modded years back which introduced to the import scene. I still have a soft spot for some old school american muscle.
