Brazilian Beauty Maisa Kehl

If there is a word to describe Maisa Kehl, it would be: driven. This Brazilian hustles more than most models, and it shows in the diversity of work she is always creating. Maisa brings a positive energy to modeling like few can, and is always on the road doing what she loves. And it doesn’t hurt that she is finely tuned in to her own healthy (admittedly quite nice) sexuality.

Maisa resides in Salt Lake City when she isn’t traveling (which is often), and has worked with some of the best photographers all over, published numerous times, and shows no sign of slowing down. But enough babble, let’s get to know Maisa Kehl a bit better here on Spekture!

Spekture!: What are some things you dislike/hate about the industry?
Maisa Kehl: I believe that we all could have a little less “egos” and more “kinder-hearts”

S!: When it’s all said and done, what do you want to be remembered as?
Maisa: I would love to be remembered as a woman, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a coworker, a human being, a powerful loving committed manifestor, a passionate beautiful spirit of light.

S!: What is fun and rewarding about modeling?
McKenzie: I didn’t start modeling to ‘make it’ I started because it gave me a sense of confidence that I can’t even explain. When I’m moving from pose to pose, creating with other artists, I’m in my element, I love the way my body naturally flows, I am in love with myself and with the world around me.

S!: What advice do you have for other aspiring models?
Maisa: Don’t ever give up. Success and champions are not made of winners, they are made of lessons and attitude. Don’t give a damn about “opinions”. People will question your path because they can’t imagine travel on your shoes. This is not their life so their perspectives don’t apply in your life (except if it’s a constructive criticism) 🙂 Don’t compare yourself and your work to anyone. Be yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself the chance to be unique and shine your light in this world.

S!: What is your dream car?
Maisa: Shelby GT Cobra

S!: Do you have any pet peeves?
Maisa: I can’t stand pessimism and bad manners.

S!: What’s your favorite thing to eat and why?
Maisa: Sashimi/Sushi, for several reasons, it is a very healthy meal, It’s a good source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, it’s also low in calories and it’s delicious.

S!: What are your biggest turn-ons?
Maisa: Integrity, politeness, kindness, drive, a positive attitude.

S!: What’s your favorite part of your body?
Maisa: My smile. It’s impressive how much a smile can convey, it speaks long before I get the chance to.

S!: Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Maisa: Chocolate… it’s so sweet and melts in your mouth… how not to love it.

S!: Do you have a favorite social media platform?
Maisa: I use daily and love each one for different reasons: Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat

S!: Tell us about any interesting hobbies you have.
Maisa: When I’m not modeling, I love to travel to warm places, go hiking, boating, meditate, do yoga.

S!: If you only had 24 hours to live, what would you do?
Maisa: Spend with my family.

S!: What drink would you order at the bar?
Maisa: A glass of Merlot.

S!: What is the most exotic destination you’ve traveled to?
Maisa: Amsterdam… It’s as wild and eclectic as it gets.

S!: What kind of music gets you moving the most?
Maisa: I love to hear the latest hits, pop, and I never turn down a good reggae.

S!: Have you any interest or experience in the automotive scene?
Maisa: Yes, I love velocity, comfort, and good people, the car scene offers it all.

S!: What are some major turn-offs?
Maisa: Insecurity, laziness, cockiness, bad manners or bad hygiene.

S!: What’s your ideal date?
Maisa: I love some champagne, satin sheets, and chocolate covered strawberries 😉 but I will never skip the chance to enjoy a date with a drive down the sunset, enjoy a delicious green juice, a seat on a warm beach in a comfy bikini having a good conversation.

S!: Do you like to be surprised?
Maisa: I love surprises.

S!: What should a man never do on a date?
Maisa: Keep checking his phone.

S!: What can a guy do to make you feel sexy?
Maisa: Be a gentleman and always complement the clothes.

S!: What are your modeling goals for 2018?
Maisa: This past year has been amazing. I have been far busier than I ever was in the previous years, and have gotten to be a part of so many amazing opportunities in such a small time (Miss Brazil Bikini International, International Bikini Model Search, etc.). In 2018 I want to work even more and consistently. I will work even harder with promoting my endeavors via social media and everyday life. I want to shamelessly promote with purpose and intent. I am my own business after all. And for the future, my goal is to eventually consult in the industry. I would be honored to share my network and knowledge with the future generation.

S!: Which feature on your body gets the most attention?
Maisa: My natural Brazilian booty 🙂

S!: Who/What inspired you to get into modeling?
Maisa: My parents, they have always been my biggest cheerleaders and support.

S!: What is your secret to staying in shape?
Maisa: I choose to eat mostly organic foods, and I do few minutes of yoga daily.

S!: What advice would you give to those hoping to enter the world of modeling?
Maisa: Have clear the reasons why you want to be a model. Find a mentor in the industry that you can trust and follow his/her advice. Go for it, you will discover another world within yourself. Have answers to these two questions; How much time can you spare dedicating to modeling? How much money can you invest in it?
