It was finally time, StanceNation returned to Houston with their StanceNation Texas 2015 car show back in August. I headed down to NRG Park Center to check out the car show and all the rides there.
I arrived to the parking lot to see lots of rides outside, even some nice modified rides filled some of the spectator parking spots out here. As soon as I found a parking spot towards the front, I grabbed my camera and tripod and proceeded to walk inside.
I entered the center and made my way inside the show. I starter on the left side of the exhibit hall, moving from ride to ride snapping a photo of each as I went through. I ended up running into a few friends and chatted for a while, and then back to taking more photos. This happened a few times throughout my duration there.
There was a pretty good collection of modified rides, some of which followed the stanced trends, but not all the rides did. Not all the show cars where local rides either, some made the journey from out of town to enter.
After a while, I finished snapping photos of each ride, and then I went back to some of my favorite rides to take a few more shots. I ended up hanging out by DJ Tito to enjoy the music for a while as well. He was doing his magic on the tables during the event. Later on, some dancing broke out in front of his, this definitely drew some crowd attention. The awards followed some time after which wrapped up the show. I ended up snapping a few more pictures on my way out, finishing off my coverage of the show.
