Spekture Car Meet X The Shop Celebration

It’s been awhile since we have hosted a car meet, so we decided to host one with Remtech Detailing Solutions to kick off the year with some more meets from us. After the original date was pushed back, the day was finally approaching. A few strips down our friends over at The Shop were also hosting a celebration meet at the same time. Hey, the more the merrier right!

The day warmed up a bit as we started setting up our booths and some of the cars that started arriving. Jemesama and Okashi Snack Truck arrived to the meet shortly after with their goodies for sale. First car up for a wash was my own ride, it looked much better after getting cleaned up. After hanging out for a bit I headed down to The Shop to check out the party there, and grab some food. I wasn’t the only one as several others moved back and forth between the two shops.

The team at The Shop had a surprise for the owner, a dunk tank was delivered and guess who was first up on the board… yes the owner David Oden. After grabbing some crawfish and tacos, I returned to the front with Remtech to see more cars kept coming and moving around. Shortly after I grabbed my camera to start taking photos before more rides left. Spekture Syren Holly Savage arrived to the meet to hang out and take some photos. we needed up snapping a few photos towards the end of the meet.

After a few hours of going back and forth myself to take photos, my family was ready to go. As they packed up to leave, I made a last run of photos with my son before heading out myself. It was a decent meet for not hosting one in a while, but plans are to change that and starting hosting more meets, so stay tuned for more!

I grew up around american muscle working on cars with my dad, but by the time they were ready to get me a car, they wanted something reliable and good on gas. Picked up my first civic and started modded years back which introduced to the import scene. I still have a soft spot for some old school american muscle.
